Run your new Shortcut and try one of these queries. You should get a structured response from the right agent within 5–10 seconds.
Comp pull
"Pull comps for 456 Meridian Ave, San Jose"
→ The Analyst responds with ARV range, comps, and a quick math summary
Deal analysis
"Model a BRRRR at $1.1M in Sunnyvale, assume $100K rehab"
→ The Underwriter responds with a pro forma, DSCR, and cash-on-cash
Off-market leads
"Find NODs in zip 95126 right now"
→ The Scout responds with current leads, tools to use, and exact filter steps

Create a second Shortcut called "Ask The Crew" — identical to the first, but replace the Ask for Input action with Dictate Text. Then add it to Siri with the phrase "Ask The Crew" and go fully hands-free.
Tip: The Dictate Text action captures your speech and passes it directly to the crew as a message — no tapping required. Works great in the car, on-site at a property, or mid-walkthrough. Just say "Hey Siri, Ask The Crew" and start talking.
You can also add The Crew to your home screen as a widget or use the share sheet to send any address directly to the crew. Go to Settings → Shortcuts → Allow Sharing to enable it.
